most of the images are on paper, between a3 and a2 in size. the digital work gets printed to fit an a2 page.

techniques are: for limnul face(s) - these started life as photographs, reworked into vector art (each image is composed only of a cross shape) the beauty of vector art being its ability to scale without loss of detail. it should maintain its quality at any size from a3 to wall size.

ke76 also began as a photo, again translated into vector art with a lot of randomisation to break up the surface line. it follows on from other digital pieces of "modern camouflage".

untitled ccu1 is the result of code art or generative art (take your pick of term) i use "processing" or "node box" for this work, node box in this case. i think nodebox results in a better quality of image than processing, but less flexible in what i can make in it. processing is an easier language for me to use and fine for things like pixel sorting.

untitled ccu0 is the same work as untitled ccu1 but glitched by opening up and altering the digital code.

ccupl1 is also a piece of glitch art, again by the simple method of damaging the files digital data.

limnul edge and twin sister harlots (there is a 2nd twin but i forgot to photograph it before framing it) are both monotype prints in an oil based medium on paper. unlike most art printing methods monotypes are by their nature unrepeatable.

screenland 1 is a single colour screen print, based on a piece of collage. edition of 20 but most are gone now.

ccu1 and purple are both paintings, acrylic, ink and spray paint. they look better framed on a wall than they do in photographs!
